The Mega Gallery Exhibition: The Legacy of the Dalai Lama presented in Leh City Market, Ladakh
The Tibetan Translation and Research Institute (TTRI) made a special trip to Ladakh this year. We presented “The Mega Gallery Exhibition: The Legacy of the Dalai Lama,” in the Leh Main Market of Leh, Ladakh, on July 4, 2026, as part of the ‘Tribute Exhibition to His Holiness the Dalai Lama’ organised by the Central Tibetan Administration.
This exhibition was presented to Sikyong Penpa Tsering, the political leader of the Central Tibetan Administration, as well as to local officials in Ladakh. During this event, the exhibition was held for the people of Ladakh, Tibetans, and tourists from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Through this exhibition, we highlighted the legacy of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. We also displayed books by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Tibetan and English. At the same time, we explained the critical situation in Tibet to local residents and tourists from various countries. We expressed our sincere thanks to everyone who made this possible.
