Later, with Geshe Thupten Jinpa\u2019s recommendation, I had the opportunity to translate a few books for Mind and Life Institute. These books are based on the dialogue between His Holiness the Dalai Lama and scientists. I also had the opportunity to translate Mind in the Balance by Allan Wallace into the Tibetan language at its author\u2019s personal request.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015, I, along with Geshe Lungtok Gedun, founded Tibetan Translation &amp; Research Institute, with blessings from His Holiness the Dalai Lama and financial supports from the Dalai Lama Trust. I was also its director for over two years and had been the chief editor of a series of Tibetan texts for the school.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015, I, along with Mr. Tenzin Rigsang, launched a project of translating the works of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and systematically translating important books into the Tibetan language.
