1: Translating and Editing His Holiness the Dalai Lama\u2019s books<\/strong><\/h6>\n

With the support from Dalai Lama Trust, Tibetan Translation & Research Institute is continuing its project of translating all works by His Holiness the Dalai Lama into the Tibetan language.<\/p>\n

We are editing more than thirty books of His Holiness the Dalai Lama that we have translated into the Tibetan over the past few years[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”174″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image” css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

2: Creating Children Literature<\/strong><\/h6>\n

We are editing over four hundred children books for publication as to minimize the detrimental effects of lacking early exposure to literacy in Tibetan communities across the globe. The first ten books have been published recently.<\/p>\n

3: Second Translator Training<\/strong><\/h6>\n

We are in the process of starting a second translator training project with the aim of enhancing the Tibetan translation standard in our community.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”188″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image” css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

4: Creating Teaching and Learning Resources<\/strong><\/h6>\n

We are starting a project of creating a large digital resource for Tibetan teachers and students across the Tibetan diaspora.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”185″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image” css_animation=”slideInLeft”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

5: Building a Learning Centre<\/strong><\/h6>\n

We are in the process of acquiring a land in the largest Tibetan Settlement Bylakupee in South India for future projects: building a Dalai Lama Library and Exhibition Hall to preserve and to promote the wisdom of His Holiness and also to showcase His achievements to the general public, office and staff quarters, and studio for the sole purpose of making all the audiovisual data of His Holiness\u2019s teachings and public lectures easily accessible on line.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1292″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image” css_animation=”slideInLeft”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
